COOKING CLUB : itโs all about the food chemistry
This week in Cooking Club, our grade 8 future chefs went totally MEXICANO with an absolutely yummy guacamole ๐ฅ recipe made with fresh avocado, tomatoes, peppers, onions and other ingredients, giving it a lovely twist. It was served with spicy nachos and cheese. Sour cream is also recommended as a delicious topping to this easy, filling and oh soooo tasty Spanish starter. Yum yum ๐คค!!!! We also learned about the chemistry of avocados and the other vegetables used. Well done to our girls from grade 8 F !!!
